Mission
Margate is the classic British ‘seaside resort’, and is in fact in one of the most deprived areas of the South – but it does offer a fantastic coastline, lovely countryside, and a strong sense of community.
We believe we have been called to work and witness in the town. Through building on our fringe contacts and strengthening relationships with, and reaching out to, our local community, we are being challenged to bring families, including the men, into the heart of our fellowship.
We have a longstanding commitment to mission – locally, nationally and in international support. We want to take this further and build it into our lives – with how we use our resources, how we live, and how we share. We are called to be seen to be on fire in our love of God and in our desire for others to catch the flame
